Additional Information
To ensure every event receives the attention it deserves, some celebrations require additional staffing based on guest count, venue logistics, or event complexity.
An assistant coordinator may be required for:

Guest counts of 150 or more

Ceremonies and receptions taking place in separate locations or distinct spaces within a venue

Extensive décor setup or teardown

Multiple venue flips or complex timelines

Large wedding parties or multiple ceremony locations
If an assistant is recommended or required, this will always be discussed during your consultation and clearly outlined in your proposal before booking.
My goal is to ensure your event is fully supported while maintaining the level of service every Kindred by KG couple deserves.
I currently charge a flat fee of $250 for an assistant.
