Full Service Planning

From the proposal to the final dance, I'm by your side every step of the way. For couples who want a seamless experience from start to finish, this all-in package covers every step of your wedding journey. I’ll handle vendor sourcing, budget management, and design concept creation while weaving in curated rentals and custom centerpiece styling (minimum spend applies). On your wedding day, I’ll be there to oversee timelines, vendors, and every detail so your vision comes to life flawlessly.

Day of Coordination

On your wedding day, I’ll take care of everything but the ‘I do.' You’ve planned every detail—now let me make sure it all runs smoothly. This package includes 8 hours of on-site coordination as the base, covering vendor communication, timeline management, and behind-the-scenes logistics. Additional coverage is available at $75 per hour if you need me for setup, late-night support, or anything in between.

Add-Ons & À La Carte Services
  • ​Clean-Up Service → End your night stress-free by leaving teardown and clean-up to me $250

  • Curated Rentals → Rentals start at a $300 minimum spend, with centerpieces and tablescapes averaging $30 - $50 per table. A sourcing and labor fee is added to cover design and execution ($100 fee already added into the minimum spend).

  • Custom Design Concept → For couples who want a professional eye for styling without rentals, I’ll create a tailored design plan that reflects your vision. Price varies on a case by case basis.

  • Ceremony rehearsal/rehearsal dinner coordination → If you need assistance and direction with your ceremony rehearsal in the days prior to your wedding, I'm here to help $150

Partial Wedding Planning

Filling in the gaps so your vision shines through. If you’ve already booked some vendors but need help tying everything together, partial planning is the perfect fit. I’ll refine your vision, organize logistics, and provide design guidance for details like centerpieces, flatware, and tablescapes. Rentals and design labor can be added for an additional fee, ensuring your celebration feels polished and cohesive without the stress. Day of coordination is also included for a minimum of 8 hours and any extra time you need me will be charged at $75 an hour.

Rentals - COMING SOON

Everything you need to complete your perfect day. Your wedding deserves more than cookie-cutter décor. With Kindred by KG rentals, I offer curated collections that elevate your celebration—from stunning centerpieces and elegant tablescapes to thoughtfully selected flatware and finishing touches. Every detail is chosen to reflect your story and create unforgettable guest experiences. Minimum spend of $300 (includes my $100 labor fee).

Travel Information
  • Where are you located?
    I’m based just Northeast of Minneapolis, Minnesota, and serve couples throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin.​

  • Do you travel, and is there a travel fee?
    Yes! I travel throughout Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. Travel of 60 miles roundtrip from my location is included in all planning & coordination packages. For venues located beyond this radius, a travel fee of $0.70 per mile will apply. If your venue is more than two hours from Minneapolis or requires late-night teardown, overnight accommodations may also be requested to ensure safe travel.
